Thank you for your interest in natural medicine. If you have any questions, or would like to book an appointment with Dr. van Loon, please call (604) 520-9819. The fee schedule is as follows:

 

Fee schedule: First visit (one hour) $120 plus hst
Return visit (approx. ½ hour) $55 plus hst
Brief visits (15 minutes or less) $35 plus hst
Extended visit (45 minutes) $90 plus hst
Injection therapy: general range $25 to $75 plus hst, depending on therapy
Intravenous therapy: range $65 to $140 plus hst, depending on therapy
Cranio sacral therapy: $85 plus hst per treatment (45 minutes to one hour)
Electodermal screening/allergy and sensitivity screening. Full test: $120 plus hst (approx. one hour)
Phone consult: $35 plus hst per 15 minute time period
Note: we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations: late cancellations will be charged for the cost of the service.

Other specific treatments and therapies, as well as diagnostic and screening tests are available, and related costs will be discussed when tests are offered.

MSP subsidy may be available to low income patients. Please advise us if you may be eligible. Many extended medical plans cover naturopathic medicine – please check with your specific plan for details.

Clinic Policies and Protocols

Payment is due at time of service. Cash, visa and mastercard are acceptable.

Phone calls. Please note that Dr. van Loon uses a wireless phone. On (fortunately rare) occasions voice mail messages have been delayed for several days. Office protocol is to respond to all voice messages within one working day. If you have not received a call back from my office within that time period, please do call back, as we would not want to miss your call. If you have an emergency, of course, you should not wait for a call back in the event that we were unable to answer at the time you called, but proceed to the hospital or call 911 as appropriate.

Children cannot be left unattended in the office.

Please do not wear scents to the office, as some patients are sensitive
